Electronics Test & Validation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and improve laboratory test environments for electronic radar systems and components
• Develop custom test setups, fixtures, and measurement methods for early-stage prototypes
• Investigate and resolve production line quality issues through structured root cause analysis
• Collaborate with design engineers to validate design changes and optimize product performance
• Support manufacturing teams by improving test procedures, yield, and fault detection methods
• Analyze test data and translate findings into actionable design or process improvements
• Ensure traceability and proper documentation of lab tests, failures, and validation results

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in fast-paced lab environments, specifically with radar electronics
• Solid understanding of analog, RF, and digital electronics
• High proficiency with lab instrumentation and hardware debugging at component and system levels
• Capability in test automation or scripting using Python or C++
• Knowledge of DFM, DFT, and DFA principles
