About the role
Responsibilities
- Set up, maintain, and improve laboratory test environments for electronic radar systems and components
- Develop custom test setups, fixtures, and measurement methods for early-stage prototypes
- Investigate and resolve production line quality issues through structured root cause analysis
- Collaborate with design engineers to validate design changes and optimize product performance
- Support manufacturing teams by improving test procedures, yield, and fault detection methods
- Analyze test data and translate findings into actionable design or process improvements
- Ensure traceability and proper documentation of lab tests, failures, and validation results
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in fast-paced lab environments, specifically with radar electronics
- Solid understanding of analog, RF, and digital electronics
- High proficiency with lab instrumentation and hardware debugging at component and system levels
- Capability in test automation or scripting using Python or C++
- Knowledge of DFM, DFT, and DFA principles
