Electronics Technician - Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair of production machinery and building technology
• Troubleshoot and resolve faults in electrical and control systems
• Conduct inspections according to test plans, including DGUV Vorschrift 3 compliance
• Create and update electrical circuit diagrams
• Manage data backup, synchronization, and maintenance of automation technology
• Identify requirements and order necessary spare parts
• Contribute to the optimization of production processes (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, KVP, SMED)

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in electrical engineering (e.g., Industrial Electronics, Automation Technology, or Mechatronics)
• Experience in maintenance or a comparable role is preferred
• Knowledge of Simatic S5, S7, and TIA systems
• Proficiency in drive technology and electropneumatics
• Strong analytical thinking and a structured, solution-oriented approach
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Ability to work independently with a high level of safety awareness
