About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical communication channel between clients and Meglab
- Provide technical assistance and propose appropriate solutions based on client needs
- Install necessary equipment to ensure proper system functioning
- Perform calibration and maintenance of leaky feeder systems, Equip Radio RF, communication cabinets, and LTE networks
- Conduct on-site troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues
- Perform repairs and occasionally provide equipment training to clients
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, repair, and installation
- Experience in telecommunications installation, repair, and programming
- Proficiency in networking configuration, including DOCSIS, LTE, and Wifi networks
- Hands-on experience with leaky feeder systems
- Ability to work on a 14/14 rotation schedule at mining sites
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with modular training for mining workers
- Possession of an explosives permit
