Electronics Technician

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and test analog circuits within printed circuit boards and power supplies
• Utilize schematics, diagrams, and technical descriptions to isolate faulty components and circuits
• Use test equipment such as oscilloscopes and multimeters to perform repairs and testing
• Follow standard operating procedures and quality controls to complete work
• Provide clear documentation and record keeping for all projects
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and collaborate with team members to meet deadlines

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience in electronics testing and repair
• Proficiency with test equipment including oscilloscopes and multimeters
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and diagrams
• Experience using business computers and applications
• Ability to work both independently and within a team setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Electronics or Technology degree
• Machining experience (milling, PEM set, etc.)
• Willingness to be cross-trained in circuit board manufacturing and all aspects of repair
