Electronics Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Guarantee and monitor product quality, reliability, and maturity throughout the production cycle
• Ensure compliance with production files for delivered products
• Manage and pilot action plans for technical issue resolution
• Implement product improvement actions regarding definition, quality, and test coverage
• Analyze gaps and improve efficiency through internal and supplier improvements
• Establish capitalization reports to feed into future developments and manage feedback loops
• Contribute to obsolescence management in coordination with hardware and systems engineering
• Collaborate with test methods to optimize software and test benches

Requirements

• Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5) in Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience in product industrialization and/or the electronics sector
• Technical skills in electronics, micro-electronics, microwave, and test benches
• Knowledge of problem-solving tools such as 8D, PDCA, DMAIC, QRQC, or 5 Whys
• Strong interpersonal skills and autonomy
