Electronics Engineer

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance and mechanical efficiency.
• Analyze and update preventive maintenance checklists and design predictive maintenance programs.
• Review critical failures and establish preventive actions to minimize downtime.
• Control and administer the maintenance budget, including registering and justifying expenses in SAP.
• Supervise maintenance execution and manage spare parts inventory.
• Implement methodologies such as RCM, AMEF, and Lean Manufacturing.
• Develop and train staff on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor performance indicators and promote quality, safety, and environmental guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Administration Engineering.
• 4 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• 2 years of experience managing operational personnel.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP, Excel, and maintenance management systems.
• Expertise in RCM, failure analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or postgraduate studies in a relevant field.
