Electronics Engineer

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and organize the Central Electronic Services Workshop to ensure the repair and optimization of vending machine electronic components.
• Supervise the performance of Specialized Vending Electronics Technicians to ensure proper component supply and prevent idle equipment.
• Monitor the workshop budget to ensure compliance with authorized amounts and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Control and manage inventories of coin acceptors, bill validators, electronic cards, and sales sensors to minimize losses and shrinkage.
• Administer workshop personnel, including managing discipline, schedules, and ensuring the achievement of repair objectives and KPIs.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Electronic Engineering or Mechatronic Engineering.
• 5 years of experience in refrigeration leadership.
• 3 years of experience in personnel administration.
• Advanced English reading skills.
• Knowledge of SAP BW Logistics.
• Knowledge of Plant Maintenance (PM) systems.
