Electronics Engineer Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Conduct studies on transformers for "Flyback" type power supplies to improve design, quality, and cost.
• Analyze, design, and validate electronic components on PCBA, focusing on electrical parameters and EMC.
• Support the improvement of QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) and mitigate supply chain risks through component validation.
• Collaborate with specialized power electronics and low voltage engineering teams within the Etaples site and other Valeo locations.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in the 3rd, 4th, or 5th year of an Engineering school.
• Specialization in Electronics and/or the Automotive sector.
• Minimum B2 level of English proficiency for working in an international environment.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Google Drive.
• Technical curiosity, autonomy, and a proactive mindset.
• Availability for a 2 to 3-year apprenticeship starting in September 2026.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of standard automotive industry processes.
