About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise and follow up on construction, installation, and maintenance projects for telecommunications networks and external plant.
- Manage work crews, assigned materials, and ensure the overall quality of the work.
- Develop work liquidation programs and technical memories.
- Create progress reports and maintain control over works and assigned resources.
Requirements
- Degree in Communications Engineering, Electronics Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar leadership or supervisory role.
- Knowledge of aerial and underground fiber optic construction standards (civil works).
- Proficiency in operating and interpreting OTDR and fusion splicers.
- Ability to interpret technical blueprints and plans.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Valid driver's license and experience working in the field.
- Strong team management skills.
