Electronic Warfare Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and SME support for Electromagnetic Spectrum (EMS) Fires Electronic Attack (EA) Integrated Product Teams (IPT).
• Support off-site meetings, conferences, and working groups related to Cyber/EA or multi-domain operations.
• Review and provide recommendations on EMS Fire products, including Program Plans, Integrated Milestone Schedules, and Verification and Validation plans.
• Collect, analyze, and manage requirements and feedback regarding EA effectiveness data, weapon/target characterizations, and operational effectiveness metrics.
• Coordinate requirements and collection database standards with the JTCG/ME and other IPTs.
• Draft meeting agendas, briefing materials, status reports, and resolutions for government review.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Systems Engineering.
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Active Top Secret Clearance and SCI Eligibility.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Ability to travel (10% CONUS & OCONUS).
