Electronic Warfare Integration and Test Engineer

Responsibilities

• Generate test plans and procedures for assessing Electronic Warfare (EW) system performance
• Execute IV&V activities for multidisciplinary Integration and Test teams
• Perform in-house and off-site test activities for system demonstrations and system sell-off
• Test EW hardware and software builds
• Brief senior program management and engineering leadership on technical findings

Requirements

• STEM degree (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics)
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in electronic warfare or radar systems
• Experience in radar threat analysis or Electronic Warfare technique development/analysis
• Experience in verification and validation of system and/or subsystem requirements
• Proven leadership experience
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued TS/SCI security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• RF experience and knowledge of microwave modules
• Flight Test experience
• Experience with Special Test Equipment interfacing with prime hardware
• Knowledge of hardware delivery and software development principles
• Experience with security requirements related to government testing
