About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform calibration, troubleshooting, testing, and inspection of electromechanical products and electronic LRUs.
- Utilize test equipment including oscilloscopes, signal analyzers, frequency generators, pressure controllers, and multi-meters.
- Assist engineering personnel with the troubleshooting, modification, and repair of non-conforming units.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and records for all testing and inspections.
- Perform maintenance on test production equipment and fixtures, including soldering tasks.
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to create positive production solutions.
- Meet manufacturing KPIs set by the Production Supervisor.
Requirements
- Associate degree in an electronics field or equivalent military training.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an electro-mechanical or electronic test environment.
- Ability to read blueprints and troubleshoot using schematics.
- Proficiency with test, inspection, and calibration equipment.
- Hands-on manufacturing or shop floor experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access, etc.).
- Mechanical inclination with an understanding of production fabrication and assembly.
- Must be a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 to meet export control requirements.
