Electronic Technician I

Responsibilities

• Perform testing and calibration of assembled instruments
• Execute troubleshooting tasks to the component level
• Assist in the development of test methods and procedures
• Identify design and manufacturing problems
• Use soldering tools to perform repairs on surface mount and thru-hole components on PCBs
• Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, ESD, and other regulatory requirements
• Determine if assemblies meet all operational and quality specifications
• Support cell operation, including product assembly and material control procedures

Requirements

• Associate or Technical degree in Electronics or an electronic certification
• 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or operations environment
• Minimum of two years of demonstrated troubleshooting experience
• Ability to interpret and use schematics, layouts, and other technical documents
• Proficiency with basic computer skills to operate automated test equipment
• Experience using basic test equipment, hand tools, and measurement equipment
