Electronic Systems Design and Analysis Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and document complex electronic and electrical system requirements in collaboration with customers
• Translate requirements into detailed system, hardware, and software designs and interface specifications
• Test and validate system designs to ensure they meet all operational and functional requirements
• Monitor supplier performance to ensure seamless system integration and compliance
• Provide technical support and problem-solving for fielded hardware and software throughout the product lifecycle
• Research emerging technologies for potential application to business needs

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Physics, Mathematics, Data Science, or Computer Science
• 1+ years of experience in an engineering role

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of related work experience
• Experience with hardware and software design and model-based development tools
• Knowledge of FAA/EASA certification processes
• Experience with ARP4754 Product Development and ARP4761 Safety Assessment
• Proficiency with Agile methodology
• Experience with supplier qualification (DO-160)
• Demonstrated project management and cross-functional team collaboration skills
