About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor CCTV camera systems to ensure security and operational integrity
- Perform installation and repair of CCTV equipment and related electronic components
- Prepare and analyze technical reports and maintain detailed activity logs
- Provide high-quality customer service during technical interactions
- Manage electronic service documentation and data entry
Requirements
- Technical High School Diploma (Bachillerato Técnico) in Computing, Systems, or a related field (Certificate required)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar electronic services or monitoring role
- Proficiency in CCTV monitoring systems and hardware repair/installation
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Availability to work rotating shifts
