Responsibilities
- Guarantee the quality level of delivered products in compliance with client requirements and applicable standards
- Implement the site's quality approach
- Represent the client within the organization and assist operational teams in implementing client requirements
- Lead and organize FMEA (AMDEC)
- Lead and organize industrialization milestones
Requirements
- Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5) in Quality
- Minimum 4 years of experience in quality/electronic quality or the electronics sector
- Mastery of client audit techniques and processes
- Mastery of quality project methods (FMEA/AMDEC, AQAP, 8D, etc.)
- Mastery of risk analysis
- Problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in automation and process optimization
- Aptitude for training, coaching, and mentoring
- Active monitoring of new technologies and sector challenges
