Electronic Packaging Expert

Responsibilities

• Develop and industrialize innovative lighting PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) systems for global automotive series projects.
• Release new PCB and PCBA technologies, focusing on soldering, contact, and process technologies.
• Ensure the reliability of new electronic components such as LEDs and connectors for the lighting division.
• Conduct feasibility studies for internal and external PCBA production and support industrialization efforts.
• Collaborate with local and global PCB/PCBA suppliers to select technologies that balance cost and quality.
• Lead root cause analysis and failure analysis during DV/PV stages.
• Propose reliability tests for revalidations during PCB or PCBA changes.
• Act as a member of the Global EPE Expert Network to share know-how and industry trends within the NSA region.

Requirements

• University degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Photonics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in packaging technologies, including SMT, electronic design, and PCBA failure analysis.
• Strong knowledge of electronics, PCBA/PCB production, optics, thermal management, and LED technology.
• Experience with change management and electronic testing.
• Automotive sector experience is highly preferred.
