About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform continuous testing and final quality control of products
- Release final products (machines) for packaging
- Adhere to production plans and report identified risks
- Create and maintain documentation including checklists, backups, and photos
- Support mechanical and electrical assemblies of machines and sub-assemblies
- Resolve operational problems according to expertise and escalation systems
- Improve skill matrix and work capabilities through training
- Collaborate on KPI reports and goals
- Comply with all safety, health, environmental, ESD, and lean standards (5S, Kanban, TPM)
Requirements
- Professional electrical qualification (§21, §22 preferred)
- 2-3 years of manufacturing experience or technical university graduate
- English language proficiency (minimum B1)
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and optical systems
- Familiarity with PLC, VFD, and software
- Experience with tuning and programming electrical components
- Experience with quality control principles
- Proficient in MS Office
