About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the definition, specification, and validation of electronic equipment requirements in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Manage the integration of electronic components and systems onto helicopter platforms, including hardware and software interfaces.
- Conduct comprehensive test campaigns to ensure compliance with safety, performance, and certification standards.
- Monitor the technical performance of suppliers and manage technical-contractual relationships throughout the product lifecycle.
- Perform root cause analysis for failures and implement corrective actions to drive continuous improvement in design and manufacturing.
- Prepare certification dossiers and test reports while providing in-service support, including troubleshooting and maintenance recommendations.
Requirements
- Engineering degree (Master's level) in Electrical, Electronic, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in the design, development, integration, or maintenance of electronic equipment, ideally within the aerospace industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of analog and digital circuits and components.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with aeronautical standards such as DO-160, DO-254, or ARP4754A.
- Proficiency in French or German.
