Electronic Board & Equipment Assembly Preparer

Responsibilities

• Create and manage manufacturing files including BOM, SOI, and routing to ensure high-quality electronic assembly
• Define and optimize production processes, industrial timings, and tooling specifications
• Provide technical support to the shopfloor by solving production issues and implementing corrective actions
• Lead industrialization projects to ensure seamless transition from design to serial manufacturing
• Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives to improve cycle times, costs, and process efficiency
• Manage configuration management for serial production

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing or production methods
• Technical expertise in electronic assembly processes and configuration management
• Proficiency in management tools such as SAP (PGI/PEA), IBM, or QuadView
• Knowledge of PFMEA/PPS tools
• Strong analytical skills and a rigorous approach to documentation and aerospace regulations
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to provide proactive technical solutions
