Electronic Assembly/PCBA Manufacturing Technician

Responsibilities

• Provide process engineering support to sales and production, including DFM feedback, fixture/tool input, and pricing risk mitigation
• Operate and troubleshoot SMT and selective solder equipment to minimize downtime
• Coordinate production support activities such as programming, profiles, and rework
• Identify, recommend, and implement equipment and software improvements to achieve key business objectives
• Execute product-level process design and redesign for new and existing products
• Interact with customers to resolve assembly exceptions and implement Engineering Change Orders
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance on defect root cause analysis and corrective action
• Manage production scheduling and preventive maintenance activities

Requirements

• Experience in electronic assembly and PCBA manufacturing environments
• SMT operation and troubleshooting capability
• Selective solder operation support knowledge
• Familiarity with data management and preventive maintenance in manufacturing
• Customer-facing communication skills for process capabilities and feedback
• Ability to support new product introduction and production scheduling
