Electronic Assembler/Solderer

Responsibilities

• Perform soldering, wire stripping, bonding, and electro-mechanical assembly for sub-assembly and final assembly processes.
• Prepare and assemble parts according to written procedure checklists, assembly drawings, and schematics.
• Conduct metal finishing tasks, such as plating, with a focus on quality and precision.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace following "clean as you go" principles.
• Adhere to all company safety procedures and policies.
• Collaborate with team members and cross-train in other areas as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of soldering experience in an electronic assembly manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with soldering equipment and small hand tools (pliers, wire strippers, calipers, etc.).
• Ability to read and comprehend manufacturing work orders, assembly drawings, and schematics.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills for job tracking and documentation.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Must be a U.S. person as defined by ITAR/EAR regulations.
