About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as a project manager and lead for complex, high priority, or high risk Archive360 onboardings
- Manage Program level initiatives and enterprise data migrations from initiation through successful UAT and deployment
- Collaborate with Global eArchive Project Manager Lead and EA Records Specialists
- Lead client meetings, production status calls, and provide training on electronic records management policies
- Provide proactive status updates, risk assessments, and escalation paths to stakeholders
- Track, analyze, and report on quality metrics to ensure client loyalty
- Maintain contact with clients to set milestones, create estimates, and track schedules
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 8+ years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency with Mac and/or PC computer systems
- Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise software deployment
- Expertise in eDiscovery and data migration
- Experience using continuous improvement and automation tools to track metrics
