About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers while promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Integrated Diagnostics projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to improve team efficiency
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding project status and technical inquiries
  • Develop and execute business plans, policies, procedures, and technical strategies
  • Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes

Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, manager, or large-scale cross-functional project management)
  • 5+ years of experience with aerospace products and/or product support
  • U.S. Person status required (U.S. Citizen, National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance
  • Ability to travel up to 20% domestically
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Aeronautical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry
  • 2+ years of management of a technical team or 5+ years of electrical engineering experience
  • Experience as a Cost Account Manager (CAM) in Earned Value Management (EVM)
  • Experience supporting proposals or contracts with the US Government
