Responsibilities

  • Assemble electro-mechanical systems, subassemblies, and components according to work instructions and drawings
  • Perform mechanical assembly, wiring, harness routing, fluid routing, and sensor/actuator installation
  • Follow quality checks and test procedures to verify assembly accuracy and functionality
  • Collaborate with the Lead Factory Technician to resolve build issues and support production priorities
  • Identify and communicate documentation gaps, assembly issues, and opportunities for process improvement
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Support troubleshooting, rework, service, and checkout activities during production transitions
  • Document work completed, issues found, and test results

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in electro-mechanical assembly, manufacturing, robotics, or automation
  • Ability to follow technical documentation, assembly procedures, and checklists
  • Basic ability to read mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics
  • Experience with hand tools, power tools, torque tools, crimping tools, and meters
  • Proficiency in mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, and cable routing
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with engineering and quality teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and quality standards
