Electromechanical Technician

Responsibilities

• Identify and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and control failures in production equipment, including motion control systems, servomotors, and controllers
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment according to assigned schedules
• Interpret and create electrical and pneumatic diagrams and blueprints
• Diagnose faults in production equipment, including flow/leak test equipment, vision inspection systems, and laser marking systems
• Execute basic PLC programming using ladder logic
• Perform electrical and industrial pneumatic installations and modifications within the production area
• Diagnose ultrasonic welding equipment and utilize basic workshop tools
• Support equipment improvements to increase production efficiency
• Adhere to all local safety procedures and protocols

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar electromechanical role
• Technical degree or equivalent vocational training in a related field
• Ability to work onsite in Tijuana, Mexico

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within the medical device industry
