Electromechanical Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform corrective maintenance by identifying equipment failures to ensure production continuity.
• Execute preventive maintenance plans in collaboration with the Production department to optimize lines and prevent breakdowns.
• Comply with 7's, TPM KanBan, and PIS (Integral Safety Program) indicators to increase productivity.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and legality based on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Maintain facilities and equipment to prevent failures that could compromise product quality or safety.
• Perform work at heights and manage internal work permit requests.

Requirements

• Degree in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 years of professional experience in similar roles.
• Advanced knowledge of electricity and hydraulics.
• Intermediate knowledge of welding, compressors, refrigeration, instrumentation, chillers, and injection molds.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
