Electromechanical Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of electromechanical and electrical equipment at water production sites, pumping stations, and discharge points.
• Perform preventive and curative maintenance using CMMS (GMAO) to monitor installations.
• Conduct fault diagnostics, repairs, and commissioning of equipment including pumps, motors, motorized valves, and electrical cabinets.
• Maintain and troubleshoot automated systems and remote monitoring equipment (Schneider, Lacroix, Sofrel, etc.).
• Design and estimate electromechanical and automation projects, including preparing quotes and orders.
• Draft intervention reports and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in an on-call rotation (approximately every 5 weeks) to handle emergency repairs for mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment.

Requirements

• Educational background ranging from BAC to Bac +3 in industrial maintenance.
• 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the water industry or industrial maintenance.
• Valid electrical certifications (Habilitations électriques).
• Valid driving license (Permis B).
• Ability to reside near Montélimar to fulfill on-call requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• CATEC certification is a plus.
• Experience with hydraulic systems, compressors, and flow measurement.
