Electromechanical Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production facilities to ensure operational excellence and reliability.
• Act as the primary maintenance reference during night shifts and weekends, managing technical incidents autonomously.
• Drive continuous improvement by proposing modifications to production tools and installations to increase efficiency.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly to minimize downtime.
• Document all interventions and work orders using SAP and maintenance logs to ensure traceability.
• Collaborate with area managers to design innovative technical solutions.

Requirements

• Higher Vocational Training (Grado Superior) in electrical, mechanical, automation, or industrial maintenance, or equivalent experience.
• Solid foundational knowledge in both electricity and mechanics.
• Ability to work in a rotating shift pattern (2 morning, 2 afternoon, 2 night, 4 rest).
• Strong analytical skills, initiative, and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Operator in continuous process or industrial environments.
• Proficiency with Siemens S7, TIA Portal, and WinCC Siemens.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, technical drawing, and bearings.
