Electromechanical Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform ordinary, preventive, corrective, and extraordinary maintenance on production machinery and tools, including robotic cells, automatic warehouses, and painting plants
• Manage and resolve technical emergencies to ensure continuous production processes
• Diagnose faults and identify root causes at the component or sub-assembly level using electrical schematics
• Repair or replace modules, boards, and apparatuses, and perform calibration and adjustment of various devices
• Execute electrical testing procedures and ensure the safe commissioning of equipment
• Write detailed technical reports regarding all maintenance interventions performed

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as an electromechanical maintenance technician or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, electrotechnics, and reading electrical schematics
• Proficiency in mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics/oleodynamics
• Ability to use electrical testing tools and apply electrical safety procedures
• Strong problem-solving skills and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to draft technical reports
