About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise maintenance and fault recovery teams for electromechanical equipment at motorways and toll stations
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in collaboration with the Supervising Engineer
- Lead technical teams during emergency breakdown situations
- Oversee the correct use of spare parts, tools, electromechanical equipment, and warehouse operations
- Monitor the documentation of preventive and corrective electromechanical works
- Manage shift scheduling according to motorway needs
- Monitor and ensure the implementation of prescribed safety measures
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering (ATEI)
- Electrician License (3rd Group, A' Specialty)
- 3-5 years of experience in electromechanical equipment maintenance or industrial electrical work
- Experience in field team management
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
- Proficient use of MS Office
- Proficient use of AutoCAD
