Electromechanical Maintenance Supervising Engineer

Responsibilities

• Supervise the team of maintenance technicians for electromechanical (E/M) systems within the assigned area
• Coordinate and oversee E/M maintenance works for the highway and traffic management centers
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance procedures for E/M operating systems
• Monitor the installation schedule of E/M equipment and conduct regular field inspections
• Prepare detailed reports for the E/M Systems Maintenance Manager regarding identified issues and interventions
• Supervise and evaluate the work of maintenance subcontractors
• Prepare and execute the budget for the assigned area
• Plan and monitor the smooth execution of work programs and staff leave plans
• Collaborate with relevant Public Authorities (e.g., Traffic Police and Fire Service)

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• 4–5 years of professional experience in supervising construction and maintenance of E/M equipment and field personnel management
• Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD
• Excellent knowledge of project monitoring tools (MS Project)

Preferred Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in Business Administration or Project Management
• Experience in E/M systems for highway projects
