About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance interventions
- Diagnose faults and propose appropriate technical solutions
- Ensure correct functioning of electromechanical equipment and systems
- Develop maintenance plans and technical procedures
- Coordinate technical teams and external service providers
- Monitor equipment performance and reliability indicators
- Manage maintenance documentation and spare parts
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and infrastructure to ensure legal compliance
Requirements
- Degree in Electromechanical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
- 3 to 5 years of experience in electromechanical maintenance
- Experience in industrial, naval, energy, or heavy equipment environments
- Experience coordinating technical teams
- Solid knowledge of electromechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical diagrams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of CMMS/GMAO software is a plus
- Technical English is valued
