Electromechanical Integrator

Responsibilities

• Perform precision mechanical assembly of sub-assemblies and complete units based on technical plans and manufacturing instructions.
• Execute electrical integration, including wire harness routing, crimping, and connector connection within mechanical structures.
• Conduct fitting, alignment, and adjustment operations as required.
• Perform visual and dimensional self-checks at every stage to ensure absolute conformity.
• Participate in initial functional, mechanical, or electrical continuity tests on test benches.
• Maintain detailed manufacturing and quality control documentation to ensure full traceability.

Requirements

• Bac Pro, BTS, DUT, or equivalent technical degree in Electromechanics, Maintenance, or Aeronautical systems.
• Proven experience in mechanical and/or electrical assembly and integration, ideally within the Aeronautics, Space, or Defense sectors.
• Ability to perfectly read and interpret mechanical plans, electrical diagrams, and manufacturing files.
• Proficiency with precision hand tools, including torque wrenches, crimping tools, and measuring devices.
• Strong knowledge of aeronautical quality standards and requirements (e.g., FOD prevention and traceability).
• High level of manual dexterity, rigor, and attention to detail.
