About the role
Responsibilities
- Define technical specifications for materials and machinery
- Create and manage construction execution planning
- Supervise and analyze execution plans
- Formalize installation certificates and operating manuals
- Plan material and human resource requirements
- Manage assigned project portfolio and provide technical advisory to clients
- Manage material orders and monitor subcontractors
- Verify quality of work performed by internal staff and subcontractors
- Supervise subcontractors at work sites
- Ensure implementation of Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) measures
Requirements
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar
- At least 3 years of experience as a Site Manager for electromechanical installations
