Electromechanical HVAC Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities

• Analyze design files (AVP, PRO, EXE) to ensure maintenance requirements are properly integrated by contractors.
• Write official maintainability reviews and argue for structural points impacting total cost, safety, and accessibility.
• Perform quantitative estimations of equipment fleets and evaluate future maintenance costs.
• Synthesize written and graphic technical documentation to develop maintenance rules and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal services to reference and integrate equipment into the CMMS (GMAO) system.
• Prepare Integrated Logistics Support (SLI) operational means, including spare parts stocks and specific tooling.
• Contribute to the drafting of technical specifications for future outsourced maintenance contracts.

Requirements

• Engineering degree or Master 2 (Bac+5) specializing in Electromechanical Engineering, HVAC/Thermal Engineering, or Industrial Maintenance.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance engineering or maintenance of complex systems.
• Strong technical knowledge of building and infrastructure equipment, including HVAC, smoke extraction, pumps, elevators, and fire safety systems (SSI).
• Proficiency in maintenance engineering concepts such as SLI, life cycle management, and CMMS (GMAO) hierarchies.
• Excellent technical writing skills and the ability to synthesize complex information.
• High level of rigor, organizational skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a high-stakes environment.
