About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare preventive and predictive maintenance plans for electromechanical systems
- Monitor work orders and major repairs in coordination with contractors
- Manage specialized maintenance contracts including HVAC, electrical, and lifts
- Assess asset condition and identify replacement needs
- Participate in feasibility studies for capital projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance and operation of building systems (HVAC, lifts, fire safety, UPS, generators, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of BMS/SCADA and power systems
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings and diagnose faults
- Proficiency in CMMS software such as CAFM
- Familiarity with local building codes and civil defense requirements
- Proven leadership and team management skills
