About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform quality control, configuration, maintenance, and repair of robotic equipment
- Diagnose and repair automated systems, including hardware and software
- Conduct on-site customer interventions, including after-hours and weekend support
- Manage equipment, parts inventory, and Quality Control (QC) documentation
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments in compliance with safety rules
- Participate in the setup of commercial showcase events as required
Requirements
- College diploma in electronics, robotics, or electromechanics
- Valid driver's license and ability to use a personal vehicle as needed
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) to support clients across Canada and the US
- Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 30 kg
- Availability for a 24/7 on-call rotation, including nights and weekends
- Ability to travel occasionally throughout Canada
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in diagnosing and repairing pneumatic and robotic systems
- Experience with complex electronic control systems
- Background in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Experience with hospital or healthcare automation systems
