About the role

Responsibilities

  • Analyze OEE for frequency of breakdown and uptime for daily production, reporting on micro stops, breakdowns, and yield by system
  • Support the installation of new technology systems to the production line
  • Improve system functions and implement updates to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Train operators, engineers, and supervisors on shared responsibilities
  • Coordinate between OEMs, installation companies, and technology vendors
  • Complete daily documentation, audits, and follow established work instructions
  • Adhere to all safety requirements and proper PPE usage

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • 3-6+ years of related experience in a technical or manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Hands-on experience supporting equipment or production systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours and adjusted shifts to support the production team
  • Ability to work in both office and manufacturing environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the lithium-ion battery or automotive industry
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in accomplishing complex technical goals
