About the role
Responsibilities
- Analyze OEE for frequency of breakdown and uptime for daily production, reporting on micro stops, breakdowns, and yield by system
- Support the installation of new technology systems to the production line
- Improve system functions and implement updates to increase efficiency and productivity
- Train operators, engineers, and supervisors on shared responsibilities
- Coordinate between OEMs, installation companies, and technology vendors
- Complete daily documentation, audits, and follow established work instructions
- Adhere to all safety requirements and proper PPE usage
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 3-6+ years of related experience in a technical or manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Hands-on experience supporting equipment or production systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and adjusted shifts to support the production team
- Ability to work in both office and manufacturing environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the lithium-ion battery or automotive industry
- Demonstrated effectiveness in accomplishing complex technical goals
