Requirements
- Valid certifications and qualifications for the position and vessel
- Proven experience within the offshore industry
- Strong commitment to safety and compliance
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
- Flexibility to work offshore schedules and conditions
- Good communication skills in English
- Scandinavian language proficiency may be required for NOR-flagged vessels
