Responsibilities

• Execute standard tests on the HP Mantis laser platform and generate detailed device performance reports
• Characterize device performance to establish and maintain an inventory of backup devices
• Troubleshoot system issues in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors
• Create and maintain accurate CAD drawings and assembly models for Light Valve configurations
• Author and maintain procedural documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Act as the primary escalation point for cleanroom technicians
• Perform advanced consumable preparation including mixing alignment layers and epoxy materials
• Partner with process engineering to troubleshoot system-level 3D printer issues
• Install new electro-optic devices into printer systems and assist with tuning, alignment, and calibration

Requirements

• Experience in an electro-optical, semiconductor, or laser systems manufacturing environment
• Hands-on experience working in a cleanroom environment with sensitive optics or semiconductor wafers
• Advanced proficiency in CAD software for assembly models and configuration drawings
• Experience executing DOEs and managing data tracking systems
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hardware troubleshooting skills
