Responsibilities
- Execute standard tests on the HP Mantis laser platform and generate detailed device performance reports
- Characterize device performance to establish and maintain an inventory of backup devices
- Troubleshoot system issues in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors
- Create and maintain accurate CAD drawings and assembly models for Light Valve configurations
- Author and maintain procedural documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Act as the primary escalation point for cleanroom technicians
- Perform advanced consumable preparation including mixing alignment layers and epoxy materials
- Partner with process engineering to troubleshoot system-level 3D printer issues
- Install new electro-optic devices into printer systems and assist with tuning, alignment, and calibration
Requirements
- Experience in an electro-optical, semiconductor, or laser systems manufacturing environment
- Hands-on experience working in a cleanroom environment with sensitive optics or semiconductor wafers
- Advanced proficiency in CAD software for assembly models and configuration drawings
- Experience executing DOEs and managing data tracking systems
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hardware troubleshooting skills
