About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct mechanical, electrical, and software maintenance on automated sorting processes and supporting equipment
- Participate in establishing comprehensive maintenance plans for automated systems
- Manage and analyze KPIs to ensure operational efficiency
- Perform continuous analysis and review of data to optimize system performance
- Engage in hands-on training by shadowing vendors during system installations
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in the field of electromechanics
- Post-secondary diploma (College) as an Electrical or Mechanical Technician
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to implement rapid solutions
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work autonomously
- A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to embrace change
