About the role
Responsibilities
- Participate in hands-on training by shadowing vendors during system installations
- Manage ongoing, continuous analysis and review of data to ensure operational efficiency
- Assist in establishing maintenance plans for automated sorting processes and supporting equipment
- Conduct mechanical, electrical, and software maintenance as required
- Manage and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in the field of electromechanics
- Post-secondary diploma (College) as an Electrical or Mechanical Technician
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement solutions
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work autonomously
- A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to embrace change
