Electro Mechanical Technician

Responsibilities

• Support production operations, testing, and maintenance of unmanned, automated, robotic, or electromechanical equipment
• Perform all maintenance functions, including electro-mechanical functions, in both team and individual environments
• Program USPC equipment and work with PLC and USPC programs
• Utilize electronic schematics for troubleshooting and maintenance

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of electronic systems, PLCs, and USPC equipment
• Knowledge of Allen-Bradley software including RSLogix 500 and RSLogix 5000
• Familiarity with Siemens S7 software
• Ability to use a computerized work order system
• Basic computer skills and effective communication skills
• High attention to detail and judgment based on written procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Electronics course from an accredited university (preferably mechatronics)
