Electro-Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Maintain multiple lines of automated systems, including slicers, scales, bagging, sealers, and packaging equipment
• Optimise line performance to meet and exceed KPIs regarding equipment reliability and efficiency
• Complete maintenance activities to drive a predictive approach and prevent equipment failures
• Ensure appropriate information on plant performance is accurately captured and recorded
• Work on both mechanical and electrical requirements using strong fault-finding methodologies

Requirements

• HNC or HND educational background
• Hands-on reactive engineering experience within a manufacturing or production environment
• Proven expertise in fault-finding across a broad range of machinery
• Experience working within a TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) environment
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing tools and techniques
• Proficiency using CMMS and the ability to interpret data to increase plant efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience carrying out fault-finding with PLCs
