About the role
Responsibilities
- Participate in the management of the instrument fleet, including planning subcontractor interventions and updating instrument life files in the database.
- Create or update verification protocols and manage any identified anomalies.
- Contribute to the improvement of the metrology surveillance plan by adapting periodicities and proposing efficiency actions.
- Conduct R&R studies (optical and mechanical measurements) and propose equipment modifications to optimize results.
- Drive the implementation of laboratory measurement standards and write operating procedures for mechanical and optical measurements.
- Develop verification protocols for production lines, including sensor identification and determining calibration periodicities.
Requirements
- Ability to manage instrument databases and maintain accurate records.
- Knowledge of R&R (Repeatability and Reproducibility) studies.
- Capacity to write technical measurement protocols and operating procedures.
- Understanding of metrology surveillance and calibration processes.
