Electro Mechanic II

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment, including mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and control systems
• Assist team members and production personnel with complex technical problems
• Rebuild and restore used parts in the repair shop to an "as-built" condition
• Support improvements to maintenance systems, including preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance, as well as spare parts management
• Assist with technical projects for equipment retrofits, upgrades, and the writing of SOPs or shop repair instructions
• Optimize manufacturing equipment and processes to improve product quality, output, and yield while reducing costs
• Assist in completing validation protocols

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 3 years of relevant experience
• Fluency in reading, writing, understanding, and communicating in English
• Ability to work a 12-hour rotating night shift (6:30 PM – 6:30 AM, including every other weekend)
• Ability to work onsite in Johns Creek, GA

Preferred Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance experience
• Proven experience troubleshooting and repairing production equipment
• Related technical school certification or equivalent training in manufacturing technology or electrical engineering
