Electrification Distribution Marketing Manager – Battery Management Systems

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the mass-market and distribution strategy for Battery Management Systems (BMS) and electrification solutions to drive market penetration.
• Lead global go-to-market execution through distribution channels by developing positioning, competitive narratives, and value propositions.
• Design and deploy marketing collateral, sales tools, and training programs to enable NXP sales teams and distributors worldwide.
• Manage the electrification systems distribution demand-creation funnel, including tracking design-wins and revenue contribution.
• Analyze business and market trends to optimize strategy and lead quarterly updates to global mass-market and distribution handbooks.
• Drive adoption of reference design system solutions and NXP software with a focus on BMS.
• Engage directly with customers and distributors through joint meetings, webinars, and industry events.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 to 12 years of experience in high-technology industries, preferably in semiconductors, embedded systems, or automotive.
• Solid understanding of embedded systems, semiconductors, and electrification solutions.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and business development skills.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and engage with customers and partners.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Willingness to travel across Europe and globally as needed.
