Electricista de Mantenimiento

Responsibilities

• Supervise the continuous 24/7 operation of plant utilities and clean utilities systems.
• Execute preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance to ensure facility functionality.
• Operate and maintain critical systems including chillers, steam boilers, ACS systems, compressed air, and pharmaceutical water systems (Purified Water, WFI, and Clean Steam).
• Manage and maintain HVAC systems to ensure environmental conditions in sterile classified rooms.
• Perform operational monitoring of production equipment during assigned shifts.
• Strictly comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and all safety policies.
• Identify improvement opportunities and resolve technical incidents to optimize processes.

Requirements

• Formal training in Industrial Electricity (FP Grado Medio/Superior or equivalent).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an electrician in an industrial environment.
• Proven experience in the maintenance of industrial installations and auxiliary systems.
• Strong ability to diagnose and resolve faults in electrical and industrial systems.
• Knowledge of utilities system operations.
• Understanding of safety regulations and GMP (cGMP) standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in pharmaceutical or highly regulated GMP environments.
• Knowledge of industrial mechanics, instrumentation, or automation and control.
• Strong analytical and advanced problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with complex industrial installations.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and support less experienced colleagues.
