Electrician V

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, control systems, and equipment.
• Identify NEC compliance and execute plans to ensure facility standards are met.
• Plan and execute conduit routing for new electrical services to junction boxes and control panels.
• Perform preventative maintenance on building and facility electrical circuits and panels.
• Document all repairs, maintenance activities, and material usage using CMMS software.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas utilizing 5S principles.
• Work from technical specifications, plans, and drawings to determine electrical requirements and loads.
• Oversee contractor electrical work to ensure compliance with safety and technical standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in electrical wiring installation and maintenance.
• Deep understanding of and compliance with NEC standards.
• Proficiency in using CMMS software for documentation and maintenance tracking.
• Experience with conduit routing and electrical system repairs.
• Ability to follow 5S principles for workplace organization.
• Capability to interpret technical drawings, sketches, and specifications.
